About Chef Jane Austin
I grew up in Bobcaygeon. When I moved away I always knew that I’d come back to my home roots.
My pursuit for excellence in food began very early in life. I read every recipe I could get my hands on. I cooked thousands of dishes and developed many of my own signature recipes.
Culinary Edge was born after I graduated from Fleming College’s Culinary Management program. I want to contribute to this vast industry by creating meals for others. I’ve always felt that food should be celebrated. This drive to ensure a fresh, healthy meal is possible every day has paved the way for this venture.
I believe that everyone should be able to eat the very best ingredients with harmonious flavours. Cooking takes love and time. Since I cook from my heart I have dedicated this passion to cooking for you. From simple meat and potato dishes to elaborate ethnic food, I cook it all.
